We’re moving to two services! Beginning September 20, 2026, we will have services at 9 a.m. and 10:30 am.
The United Church in Tallahassee has been experiencing growth in worship attendance over the past two years. We formed a Growing Together Team to guide our congregation through a thoughtful process of understanding our church’s growth, addressing challenges, and proposing sustainable solutions that support continued spiritual and community development. Among other long-term and short-term suggestions, the Growing Together Team recommended we move to two services. Then, a Growing Together Implementation Team was formed to help determine what two services would look like for UCT and to help make it happen.
Why Growth Matters
People are seeking spirituality, connection, and authenticity — especially post-COVID.
UCT offers a safe, welcoming space for all, including children, young families, and marginalized groups.
Growth is seen as a way to expand our mission, deepen relationships, and increase civic impact.
