PROTECT YOUR PEACE OF MIND Sunday July 19th 4.30 – 5.30pm 
Presented by Dr Linda Young  and Mildred Stephenfield. Linda is a marriage and family therapist with a focus on focus on relationship and codependency issues as well as depression, anxiety, and panic attacks.  Mildred has practiced mindfulness meditation for some years and leads groups in her home.  She is a spiritual director and has a Masters in Counseling.
· Dealing with stress and anxiety in these uncertain times.
· Using spiritual tools to stay peaceful and centered.

PROTECT YOUR HEALTH (2 seminars)  Sunday Aug 2nd & 16th  4.30 – 5.30pm 
Led by Dr Susan Lynn, and joined by Rachel Kelley and Dr Angela Sehgal. Susan teaches at FSU and has researched issues associated with physical activity and wellness for many years. Rachel specializes in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine. Angela teaches at FSU, and is the author of ‘Where it Hurts and Why: Effective Do It Yourself Pain Relief’. 
· Why should you focus on exercise and nutrition?
· How to start and stick with healthy patterns of living. 
· The physiology of pain and how to identify and manage the underlying causes of your pain.
