IS THERE ADULT EDUCATION?

You bet! This is a group of seekers ranging from those who are comfortable with their theological beliefs to those who are still trying to figure out what they believe about the basics! So you are sure to fit right in. We meet from 10:10a.m. to 10:55a.m. every Sunday. We usually have a book we are studying, helping us to engage in lively discussions with many points of view.

Pastor Nancy Dahlberg

I began my ministry at UCT in March 2010, after serving a UCC church in Central Pennsylvania for ten years. My core values as a pastor are these:

I believe that each person is unique and valuable. It is the will of God that every person belongs to a family of faith where they have a strong sense of being valued and loved.

I believe that each person is on a spiritual journey and that each of us is at a different stage of that journey.

I believe in the “possibility of people.” In the UCC, members, congregations, and structures have the breathing room to explore and to hear ... for after all, God is still speaking.

A Welcome To All

We are a church that takes Jesus’ command to “love one another” seriously. We are a welcoming church, open and affirming to the LGBT community and accessible to all who seek to worship with us and join the journey of faith. We expect diversity and look for it in people and ideas. We believe that “God is still speaking” and that every person is loved by God and worthy to be an active, vibrant, and generous participant in the Body of Christ, the church.
